二十一世纪这人类丰富演进史中从未有过的集高新科技及文化艺术于一体之创意时代的到来,激起世界各国族,各城邦,各领域无不重整定位,跃跃欲试。宏策微略,深谋远虑,竭其所能,争其先机。南京——这盛极一时之六朝都府,与时俱进,深明在此番深刻而多维并充满智性较量的创意时代之竞逐中,成则兴城;败则衰邦之厉害安危。各级领导上下一同,南京浦口区决策层更拟定出该区未来十年文化产业发展规划大策(南京市浦口区文化产业发展规划。2010-2020,讨论稿)。以该区著名珍珠泉,佛手湖等得天独厚之自然资源为基础,高智而有序地开拓与发展文化创意产、商业链,使文创经济与生态优势良好结合,相互激荡,打造二十一世纪浦口文化创意生态新时代。
在此背景下,我司蒙天立控股有限公司重托,为该集团积极参入南京浦口新区建设而倾力打造的珍珠泉“ACC-泉”创意谷项目,策划并设计概念方案,倍觉荣幸之时,深感责任重大。该项目的综合属性所涵盖的意义,注定了它远远超出一般商业地产项目之范畴。它是浦口区未来十年文创经济发展大谋略中至关重要的环节。它的成败关系到该区域是否能由一般自然景区迈向二十一世纪多维文创生态自然景区转型与提升之大事。
在委托方及浦口区领导热忱关怀及帮助下,经多番考察与座谈,深入了解项目所在地生态与自然环境之细节;历史与人文承传诸要素;及在地政府发展策略中之近思与愿景,反复推敲,多易其稿,穷我创作团队的专业优势及热忱,历时近四月的努力,终向甲方呈上一部以珍珠泉、佛手湖及老山等得天独厚之优美景区为托体;以文化创意、智慧产、商业为驱动;以浦口珍珠泉,南京石头城之“泉”、“石”交融为意象;以“泉石”、“风巢”、“岫谷”为篇章而展开的可持续发展的,南京浦口生态人文新交响剧情之概念规划方案。

With the endorsement of the decision makers at the local council, this project is part of the Pukou District cultural product development plan for the next decade. Pukou District has the incomparably advantageous natural resources of the famous Pearl Spring and the Foshou Lake, around which an intelligent and methodical chain of cultural creativity and commercial enterprises may commence. Such a complementary relationship between a culturally based economy and the regional natural environment is certain to usher in a new era of creative and ecologically friendly entrepreneurship.New Vision is hereby entrusted by Tianli Holdings to come up with planning and design proposals for their campaign of the ACC Spring. We are honored at being selected, but also deeply aware of the responsibilities therein. The complicated and comprehensive nature of the project means it is quite a few steps above and beyond your normal real estate undertakings. If the future district development can be described as a chain, then our project is a crucial link. Should we succeed, the district will be able to evolve from a regular scenic spot into a multidimensional ecologically and culturally significant business venture.
