河南省作为中原大省而郑州市作为河南省省会、郑国之故里，一直有着浓厚的文化底蕴。但 新郑地区及航空港经济试验区作为新区，虽有着众多藏物与收藏着，但一直缺乏给予这些民间收藏家以 收藏、创作的栖身之处，综合考虑多方面因素，将“弘扬郑风”的目标贯穿于整个设计之中，打造郑州 市乃至中国人文收藏的聚集地。

Henan is one of the largest Provinces in the Chinese Mid-land; and Zhengzhou, being its capital, and the site of the ancient country of Zheng back in the Warring States period (475 – 221 BC), has always enjoyed a rich and vibrant cultural background. Though resplendent with collectibles and collectors alike, the Xinzheng District and the Airport Economy Experimental Zone have never been able to provide these valuable resources with a suitable and permanent home. After careful consideration, our planning team has decided to base our design on the propagation of the Zheng style, and make Zhengzhou an attractive prospect for collectors of antiquities and other cultural paraphernalia from all over the country.
